Is the term – Anglo Saxon outdated and incorrect?

0

Yes, in a manner of speaking it is incorrect, but it is also correct as well, indeed modern day english people have a little saxon blood in them, but the term Anglo refers to when England formed into a unified state in the 900’s I suppose if you wanted the truth it should be Celtic-Anglo-Saxon but its done on the Anglo – England and Saxon ONLY due to the impact on the Culture and Interbreeding with them adding a small percentage to the gene pool
