Is the test reimbursed by third-party payors?
Some health plans, third-party administrators and self-insured corporations have already agreed to pay for PreGen-Plus and many more are expected to provide reimbursement now that PreGen-Plus is commercially available. • Due to the fact that the CPT codes being billed already exist, the Company believes that some level of reimbursement will occur (except Medicare/Medicaid patients). Each of these CPT codes is currently providing reimbursement. • A patient reimbursement support hot line is available to assist patients who receive a bill. A packet of information will be provided by LabCorp as well as a letter to insurance plans asking for reconsideration of the denial.
