Is the U.S. considering resuming food aid to North Korea?
MR. KELLY: I think that we have a number of stipulations that would – that we would need to have and the international community would need to have in terms of how this aid is delivered before we could really talk substantively. QUESTION: Yes. I think President Obama will visit to Japan in November or in (inaudible) and so we don’t have – you don’t have enough time to prepare. So how will the U.S. Government consult with new government, DPJ government? MR. KELLY: Well, regarding any presidential trips, of course, I’d have to refer you to the White House. Regarding our cooperation with Japan, there is a government in place and will remain in place until there is a new government, and we’ll – we will continue to work very closely with that government.
