Yes. UFP-QAPP’s implementation for all new and ongoing projects under AFCEE’s environmental restoration contracts applies to both data collection and analysis efforts. Therefore, a “new project” that requires data analysis efforts and does not have a previously-approved QPP should use the UFP-QAPP format.
