Is the union able to strike or susceptible to lockouts?
21.1 The Union and its members will not cause, call or sanction any strike, work stoppage or slowdown, nor will the Board lockout its employees during the term of this agreement. 21.2 It is agreed that all provisions of this agreement are binding on each of the individuals covered by this contract.
