(U.S. Today, 2006) In light of the U.S. producing a new citizenship test, there are people questioning its fairness and expense. Immigrant rights activist believe that the new testing will be difficult for less educated immigrants and intimidating for those who do not speak English well. Immigrant rights activist also believe that the price change of $95 to $400 is outlandish.
