Drugs and nasal sprays are artificial ways of elevating the sleep and/or decreasing the production of urine. When those treatments are stopped, recurrence is common. The nasal spray DDAVP, while frequently used, is not effective treatment. Also, it should not be used on a long term basis since there is no research on side effects from such use. We effectively stop bedwetting without the use of any drugs.  more
