The anti-communist stance was just a way of recruiting new members since the term “Unification” had to do with the early goal of unifying the two Koreas (North & South). The realistic concern of the “Church” or movement is to recruit as many members as possible to solicit donations for the organization. In other words, it’s just a cult with Sun Myung Moon as the head, who claims he’s the new messiah, who uses the movement to get rich. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unification… I’m very familiar with the organization since I have family members who are still in it (some people never learn).
