Response: WIC EBT statewide rollout was completed on April 27, 2009 and paper vouchers are no longer being issued. It will take approximately 3 to 4 months for all vouchers currently in circulation to be redeemed. Response Updated May 15, 2009 to reflect the completion of statewide EBT rollout.
