Is there a Bowling score card template available in Excel?

I am looking for a template that I could use for my youth bowling league. I need a template where I could post scores for 3 games a week and that would give me the averages for each bowler. I am trying to make one myself but the best I can come up with us a worksheet for each bowler, but that would be about 45 of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
