Is there a Bridal Salon or Florist Shop owner/manager, selling, who would consider partnership as payment?

I have been actively looking for employment, found it, but, employer can't make payroll a lot of times. Am a wedding designer, events planner, floral designer and was wondering if there was a business owner of Bridal Salon or Florist Shop who would be willing to take a working partner, rather than straight purchase.
