Is there a cancellation policy for Expedia Special Rate hotels?
For cancellations more than 72 hours (three days) prior to check-in, most reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee. For cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in, most reservations are subject to a fee equal to 1 night room charge plus applicable taxes and fees. For changes made after check-in, most reservations (including all taxes and fees) are non-refundable. These charges vary based on property restrictions or dates of travel; please verify the /cancellation policies unique to your selected property. Cancellation policies for a particular property are located in the Rules and Restrictions section of the Rate Details page or within your itinerary, if you have an existing reservation. Cancellation of existing Expedia Special Rate hotel reservations must be made through Expedia. Note: Hotels booked as part of a package are subject to cancellation fees.
