You will have one free replacement every twelve months, after that you will be charged $2.00 for each replacement card. The $2.00 will be taken from your food stamp balance first. If you do not have a balance left on your food stamp account, it will then be taken from your cash benefits. If both balances are zero, it will be deducted from your next benefit balance.
