Is there a diffrence between Holy Ghost and the spirit of God?

Answer There is no difference between the Holy Spirit (called the Holy Ghost) and the Spirit of God. They both refer to the third Person of the Trinity. When the Old Testament refers to the “Spirit of God” as in Genesis 1:2, “Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters”, it is, of course referring to the Holy Spirit, even if Moses did not fully realize it when he wrote it.
