Is there a fee to eFile?

No. The BOE does not charge a fee to eFile. If you use an electronic return originator (ERO) to file your returns, they may charge a fee. That is between you and the ERO. The BOE is not responsible for arrangements between EROs and their clients. Depending on your method of EFT payment, your bank or creditor may charge a fee. The BOE is not responsible for those fees. See our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) page for complete information on making electronic payments. Click here to go to the EFT page.
