Is there a grace period for payment because of the plan changes?
In order for your coverage to remain in effect, it is important for you to pay your premium in full by the due date on your invoice. If you receive an invoice that does not reflect your correct plan choice, it is possible that we did not receive your Change in Coverage Request form before the invoice was generated. Please pay the invoice you received by the due date. Your next invoice should show your correct plan and any premium adjustments. You may also call Customer Service at the number on your ID card to verify that we have received your Change in Coverage Request form.
