Is there a Hollandaise Sauce recipe that doesn contain undercooked eggs?
I had Hollandaise Sauce for the first time this weekend in a restaurant, and I must say it was very tasty. I ate it over asparagus and find it to be a delicious combination. I asked my aunt for a recipe and said that old recipes usually contain undercooked eggs, which is all she has in her old recipe books. I only want a recipe that is safe for consumption.
