Drink more water! You’d be surprised how effective this remedy is… drink a couple of litres (or quarts) per day, and for whatever kind of beverage you drink, drink two times that amount in additional water… For e.g. you drink two cups of coffee per day, plus a glass of wine. Drink 6 cups of water, plus a couple of litres of water. Also eat less drying out foods, like rice and bread, and reduce smoking of all types. You should notice a difference within days, and can reduce your beverage intake in order to cut back on the amount of water you drink.
