Is there a limit on the number of establishment compliance evaluations that can be scheduled per contractor?

No. Beginning in FY 2010, there is no limit on the number of FCSS compliance evaluations that OFCCP may schedule or conduct per contractor during a fiscal year. Moreover, the FCSS is only one of several ways in which an establishment may be selected for evaluation. OFCCP may also schedule compliance evaluations in accordance with the agency’s CMCE or FAAP initiatives, as a result of a contract award notice, as a directed review, as part of the monitoring of a conciliation agreement, or when investigating credible reports of an alleged violation of a law or regulation, including complaints.
