Is there a list of approved exterior paint colors for the neighborhood?
In short no. Home repainting with the original colors or very slight changes in shading of the original colors is permitted and does not require getting an ACC approval. However, changing the colors of a home does require ACC approval. An application with the selected color swabs and explanation of which color is used on what part of the home is required. In general the scheme should be along the line of what is currently the general nature of and in keeping with the general color scheme of the subdivision and the existing home.
