Is there a neighborhood directory available?
Yes. An updated directory will be mailed to the homeowners in the early fall. The directory is not currently available on the Association website. A copy of the Covenants may be found on the Rules & Regulations page. In particular, Section 9 and Section 12 clearly describe the approval requirements and processes necessary before any work may be performed on the property. This includes (but is not limited to) all construction, erection of structures, demolition, and landscaping, including tree removal.
