Is there a problem with customer technical staff assisting with the technical setup?
There is not a problem with the customer assisting in the configuration of the systems brought into the Q-Tech Data Center, however, Q-Tech will be responsible for installing any equipment. In regard to the Disaster Recovery Site, our setup includes the unpacking, placement and initial power up of the PC’s and Monitors. The customer would then be responsible for any additional configuration. Conversely, if the customer should require assistance, Q-Tech can provide additional configuration services.
