Yes, there is. A free CD of the FDIC’s “Money Smart for Young Adults”, a financial education program for use by teachers and parents to explain the basics of good money management to youths between the ages of 12 and 20 is available at www.fdic.gov/consumers/consumer/moneysmart/young.html.
