is there a recipe for a salad dressing that will wow my parents?

This should wow them. Kick it up a notch with a Spicy Caesar Dressing served on grilled romaine. If you don't want to grill the romaine, it will work great. 3 tbs mayonnaise 1 tbs Dijon mustard 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs red wine vinegar 1/4 small red onion, coarsely chopped 6 cloves roasted garlic 1 chipotle pepper in adobo 2 dashes hot sauce 3 anchovy fillets Juice from 1/2 large lemon 1 - 2 tbs honey Salt & fresh ground black pepper 1/2 cup canola oil, plus more bro grilling romaine 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 large head romaine lettuce, cut in half Clean 6 cloves garlic, drizzle with olive oil, place on baking sheet w/foil & roast in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
