Is there a regulation covering the use of MWR telephone calls for deployed soldiers?
A. MWR has a specific program which does arrange to provide payphones for personal calls at various areas on post. Morale calls are an authorized use of military telephones assets to contact families back home and that is A CIO/G-6 mission outlined in AR 25-1. The reg. will outline what the commander is allowed to do and identify the CIO/G6 POC. Q.
