Is there a requirement that dictates all EOIs are to be submitted by registered architects?
The aim of the competition is to appoint an architect who will provide a full range of architectural services throughout the project, and it is expected that the appointed architect will conduct the project using best practice, including being or becoming registered with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria. The call for expressions of interest is not strictly limited to registered architects, however respondents should demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the registration requirements should they be successful. Applicants may wish to consider a joint venture partnership in order to meet this requirement.
