The VCL regular expression library included in BCB4 and BCB5 is fairly simple to use. You may want to use the TTaeRegExp class available on this site. See the TaeRegExp.zip download available in the Code Samples section of this site. If you want to develop your own code from scratch, search for “Perl-compatible regular expressions” topic in the BCB help.
