Is there a solution for smaller hotels that don have a Property Management System (PMS)?
Yes, we offer a stand-alone PMS in the Complete Concierge “Basic Package”. This PMS is geared to controlling the basic phone operations required in small properties, such as do not disturb, restriction to intercom-only and/or local calls only, clearing out voice mail messages, etc. There is no support for check in room rates, integration with point-of-sale (POS) systems for restaurant charges, etc. The basic package does include a call accounting package and therefore is a great solution for smaller properties.
