Is there a totally drought tolerant lawn?
There is no totally drought tolerant lawn. However, Adrian Pitsikas has been officially recognized by the Water Corporation for producing water efficient turf. Greenacres Turf Farm completes extensive field testing of each variety of turf they grow before it is sold to the public. This means that each variety of turf grows on the farm for approximately 3-5 years, and undergoes extensive field testing before it is marketed to our customers. Because of this, part of Greenacres Turf Farms dedication to providing quality turf and products is to only grow water efficient lawn varieties such as Palmetto and Sir Walter Buffalos.
