Yes. You must wait 14 days before retaking an APICS CSCP examination via Computer-Based-Testing (CBT). You can retake the CSCP via Computer-Based-Testing (CBT) within the same exam window if the window is still open and if there are seats available. However, if the 14 day waiting period ends after the window has closed, you will have to wait until the next window to test. There are no exceptions to this policy. APICS encourages any candidate who does not pass an exam to attend review courses held by the local APICS chapter or to order certification reference materials for additional study before retaking the exam.
