Is there a warranty on the Biomorph desks?
There is a five-year warranty on all Biomorph, Ground Support Equipment (U.S.) Ltd. and SIS-USA inc. products except those which are covered by sub-suppliers own warranties including keyboard mechanisms, pneumatic springs, linear actuator and electric motors. Biomorph, Ground Support Equipment (U.S.) Ltd. and SIS-USA inc. warrants to the original Customer that the products they manufacturers are free of defects in craftsmanship and materials found during normal usage in the warranty period. With prompt written notice, Biomorph, Ground Support Equipment (U.S.) Ltd. and SIS-USA inc shall repair or replace, at its option and cost, any products that fail to conform to the warranty with the exception of items listed below.
