Media Player 10 will work with your Zen, failing that the best thing to do is to go to the creative website (listed in a previous answer) and download the software agan. Dragging & Dropping files onto the device using explorer doesn’t work because it is treated as a data file transfer and not an audio transfer. Basically there is a music folder and a system/data folder. The software is needed to access and organise the music area.
