Yes, you can automatically renew enrollments for your practitioners by using the Automatic Renewal feature in the PDS before the renewal date has passed. The Entity Data Bank Administrator must enable the Automatic Renewal feature by clicking on the Proactive Disclosure Service Renewal Options button located on the Administrator Options screen. On the PDS Renewal Options screen the Entity Data Bank Administrator must select Automatic Renewal. The Entity Data Bank Administrator must then select from the payment methods on file, if no payment methods are available, one must be added before proceeding. Once a payment method has been selected and the certification has been completed the Automatic Renewal feature will be enabled. As a reminder, you must remember to cancel enrollments for PDS enrollees that leave your organization.
