High School Progress Reports are preset to ‘Print Current Record’ in your printer configuration. To override this function, you will need to change the setting to ‘Print Records Being Browsed’. As an example, this change would facilitate printing reports for students by an entire grade level. FileMaker will ‘remember’ your setting so be sure to always check ALL of the print settings prior to committing a print job!!!
