RTFL. For Gaia’s sake, most of the ramen packages will say they have actual beef stock or chicken stock. Dr. MacDougals makes some pretty good vegan soup cups that are fairly low in calories and low in sodium. They aren’t as cheap as the ramen packets, but they are a lot better.
