No, but there is a code that will allow you to catch all the Pokemon. It is found on supercheats.com. The glitch gives you 493 master balls in the first slot of the accessory pocket of your bag. You toss out the balls so that the number left is the national pokedex number of the pokemon you want to catch. Then you hold down the “L” key, and walk into a grassy area. Usually, the first pokemon you catch is the one you are looking for. I’ve used this glitch to catch the starters from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Firered and Leafgreen, also Mew, Deoxys, and Celebi, which I never got when I was playing those games.
