Users of OHVs on Forest Service System roads designated for motorized mixed use must comply with Washington State Laws that govern the operation of OHVs. These vehicles may be operated on motorized mixed use roads by persons over 13 years of age, or under 13 years of age if under the direct supervision of a person 18 years of age or older who possesses a valid license to operate a motor vehicle.
