ERCOT requires Resource registered information to be authorized by the Authorized Representative (AR) or Officer of the Resource Entity as registered with ERCOT. There are two methods to submit a RARF: 1. by using the digital certificate of the AR (Primary or Backup) to submit the RARF attached to a Service Request created in Texas Market Link (TML); or 2. by submitting the RARF Authorization form and completed RARF to ERCOT Legal in electronic form. Contact ERCOT Client Services to receive a copy of the RARF Authorization form (ClientRelations@ercot.com).
