Is there an Architectural Control Committee?

Architectural Committee approval is required for any exterior modifications to your home involving the construction, installation, alteration or remodeling of any residence, garage, or other permitted out buildings, outdoor storage sheds, walls, fences and gates. Landscape structures such as patio awnings, solar heating equipment, spas, along with landscaping visible from the street all require approval from the Committee.
