Is there an international licence for street performers?
The simple answer to your question is no,not at this time. It might be possible for one or two countries to reach a consensus but on an iternational level it would surely be an impossibility.In my opinion the first thing on most countries agendas would be how much and how often they could charge you for the permit you would need to perform and their second thought would be,how can we tax the daily earnings of street performers.Having been a street performer in the past I would say, just be happy that there isn’t such a license. Just a former ‘street jugglers’ humble opinion.
