Is there an Official American Heart Association Approved Diet?

0

The American Heart Association does have an official diet, its called the no fad diet and can be found on their website. There is also some information about their diet and lifestyle recommendations. The recommendations are general health guidelines and seem to be good, they recommend cutting saturated fat and lowering cholesterol. Pretty standard stuff. I have no experience of the diet they recommend as the diets I utilise and recommend are based on body composition and efficiency.
