Unfortunately, there are no buses to Watertown or Syracuse (even Syracuse Airport) from Kingston. It’s possible to arrange a charter limo (link attached). In the summer, there’s a little ferry boat (pay) that goes from Wolfe Island to Cape Vincent. So I might try biking across the Island, taking the ferry, and then getting a taxi or hitchhiking (about 45 minutes or 40 km). There are no buses because there’s very little demand for that route.
