There are many differences between coaching men’s and women’s soccer team. The speed of play is faster in the men’s game. Egos are an important part of the men’s side, while women are more focused on relationship. Men can argue, disagree and tell one another off on the pitch and still get the job done. Women take things more personally but, in my opinion, they listen and implement quicker than men. There are pros and cons in either coaching experience. 4.
