Yes. MCRH’s medical practitioner will be glad to discuss assistance programs with you and help you complete and file the necessary paperwork. The ParaGard Patient Assistance Program will assist qualified patients with the payment for the copper IUD. The patient can have no public or private prescription insurance and have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The patient must also be a US resident. The patient must also be 18 years of age or older. Those with Medicare or Medicaid are not eligible. Arch Foundation Patient Assistance Program for Mirena will assist qualified patients with the payment for the Mirena IUS. The patient must have no prescription coverage for the requested medication and meet income guidelines. The patient must also be a US resident.
