the garner eye roll works well, although I actually keep a spoon in the freezer and hold it to the dark circle under my eyes for a couple minutes on each eye and it helps a lot, I usually don’t even do it in the morning, but at the end of the day after I showered or washed my face..

get the mac select cover up cache creme in your shade its really good for dark circle and just finish it off with the make-up powder of your choice and your good to go that my routine
