Is there any preferred order to get started listening to the meditations?
Jody Sachse, the creator, is an “non-regimented” guy and prefers no structured order to the meditations. This is one of the main reasons this “one-stop-meditation” site was created in the first place. Jody recommends that you just dive in and gravitate towards a personal preference; however, inside the members’ area you’ll find the “Daily Travel Guide” which gives many suggestions as to how you may pick and use the most effective meditations for you.
