Is there any specific in determination of sodium carbonate in Tarmo in comparison with regular lye?
Two reasons why sodium carbonate is less with Tarmo – NaOH concentration and active substances. With Tarmo there is less sodium carbonate because of lower NaOH concentration. You can use Tarmo with same dosing or lower than NaOH and in Tarmo there is 3 times less NaOH. Tarmo includes active substances that bind sodium carbonate, keep them in the liquid.
