Is there any truth to the rumor that Trader Joes is coming to Mishawaka/Granger?
Jennifer Yoder We have not heard anything new about Trader Joe’s, except for a rumor that it is looking at the former Kroger space at University Commons across from U.P. Mall. “It’s interesting, but no,” says Tim Mehall, who is the leasing agent for the center. “But we’re still out there pushing it and marketing it in earnest. There’s just not many 35,000 square foot users out there.” I saved your article from early July on a tea shop opening in Mishawaka. However, it was one of those really good “saves” and I cannot find it now that I need it. I would appreciate the particulars so I can follow through on my decision to visit the tea shop.
