Is there anything wrong with using antibiotic eyedrops after 1 month?
The problem is that after opening, they are no longer sterile. So other bacteria could be present after the 1 month advice which could exacerbate any problems you have. I’d strongly recommend not using these drops, and try to find a pharmacy which is open – such as at a bigger supermarket. Fucidin is a prescription only medicine, so you would need a prescription from your doctor first. Alternatively, chloramphenicol eye drops are available from a pharmacy without prescription.
