Is there anyway to reverse this like opening bite and pulling teeth forward?

Creating a correct bite now might be possible with additional orthodontics, but it might need to be corrected differently. My suggestion is that you have yourself examined, not by an orthodontist initially, but by a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, we are frequently the ones to evaluate if the changes are due only to the orthodontics or if there has be skeletal changes.
